    We deliver across the UAE.

  2. Delivery Times

    • Standard Delivery: Within 2 working days.
    • Express Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee.

  3. Delivery Fees

    • Standard Delivery: 15 AED
    • Express Delivery: 40 AED
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional 30 AED

  4. Free Shipping
    Orders over 300 AED qualify for free shipping.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-embroidered items in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Exclusions

    • Custom-made, embroidered, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Processing
    Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
