Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with ALLSCRUBS.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the policy below carefully.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- unworn
- in original condition
- with all original tags attached
- in the original packaging
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- custom-made items
- embroidered items
- personalized items
- socks
- items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
UAE Returns
For orders delivered within the UAE:
- Return fee: AED 30
- The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund if the item meets our return conditions.
UAE Exchanges
For orders delivered within the UAE:
- Full-price items are eligible for one free exchange.
- Discounted or promotional items have an exchange fee of AED 30.
- Only one exchange per transaction is allowed.
If the requested exchange item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.
GCC / International Returns
For orders delivered outside the UAE, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman:
- International return shipping is not free.
- Original international shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipping may be paid by the customer directly or deducted from the refund if ALLSCRUBS arranges the return collection.
- If the order received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and courier charges are non-refundable.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the eligible refund after deducting any applicable shipping, return shipping, customs, or courier costs.
GCC / International Exchanges
For international orders, exchanges are possible only if the item is eligible and available.
For GCC and international exchanges:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Discounted or promotional items may require an additional exchange fee.
We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing an international order.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- original shipping fees
- return shipping fees
- exchange shipping fees
- customs duties
- taxes
- clearance fees
- courier charges
- cash on delivery fees, if applicable
Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is caused by an error from ALLSCRUBS, such as a wrong item, wrong size, or defective product.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send us:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, ALLSCRUBS will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by ALLSCRUBS.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Log into your account using the same email address used for the order.
- Select the order you would like to return.
- Click “Request Return”.
- Choose the item you would like to return.
- Add the reason for the return in the notes section.
- Wait for our confirmation.
We will review your request within 24 hours.
Once confirmed, we will provide the next steps for return collection or return shipping.
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Log into your account using the same email address used for the order.
- Select the order you would like to exchange.
- Click “Request Return”.
- Choose the item you would like to exchange.
- In the notes section, write the new size, color, or item you would like instead.
- Wait for our confirmation.
We will review your request within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item if it is available.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Card payments: refunded to the original card. Processing time is usually 1–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Cash on delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer.
Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Important Note
ALLSCRUBS reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the return conditions stated above.
